Had a great couple of sessions in Western Australia this week, helping people to improve their customer service standards. We had all the key people in a business participate in small workshop groups, where we clarified goals and client expectations!! Just like in tennis, if you have a good serve…most of the time you will win the game, and in these workshops we focussed on helping individuals identify how they can improve their serve!!

The week started with a small session for salespeople in Melbourne, focusing on how to increase their sales through prospecting excellence, and it’s ALREADY resulted in increased sales.

When people learn HOW to do things rather than just what they should do… it makes all the difference!

A Customer Service session in Melbourne went well also, with a sector of a larger company now committing to writing their Customer Service Charter.

And today I spent in in Brisbane, helping a client develop their sales intelligence and presentation.
