In 2011, Homeloans announced the launch of a new service initiative
being offered to key broker partners. This initiative involves the
provision of additional service benefits to brokers, and to help build a
flow of repeat business. The platform focuses on service as a key
differentiator in an environment where the value of real customer
service has seriously diminished.
Peter has greatly helped us awaken all our staff in identifying
opportunities to better serve our broker partners, and how we all play
an active role in delivering an exceptional service experience.
Whilst we are not all engaged in providing frontline service to our
clients, it is critical that everyone understands our service vision and

Peter, I'd like to thank you for your assistance and guidance with developing me and my business. When I started as a mortgage broker in 2008 I had minimal training and sales experience.
Asking clients for referrals was a complete mess with no structure or confidence. However, after completing your course and learning how to correctly construct and deliver a sales presentation I found that more and more client referrals were being achieved.
