A very creative week across the country!

The week started with a small session for salespeople in Melbourne, focusing on how to increase their sales through prospecting excellence, and it’s ALREADY resulted in increased sales.

When people learn HOW to do things rather than just what they should do… it makes all the difference!

A Customer Service session in Melbourne went well also, with a sector of a larger company now committing to writing their Customer Service Charter.

And today I spent in in Brisbane, helping a client develop their sales intelligence and presentation.

A productive and creative week!
